These Terms and Conditions govern all adventure tours, private charters, sightseeing experiences, marine wildlife excursions, kayaking tours, snorkeling adventures, and related services provided by Ocean Quest Adventures. By booking or participating in any Ocean Quest activity, guests agree to the policies outlined below.

Adventure Tours & Charter Terms and Conditions

Deposits & Payments

For standard tours and adventure programs, full payment may be required at the time of booking.

For private charters, a 50% non-refundable payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled departure date unless otherwise arranged in writing with Ocean Quest Adventures.

Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and processed.

Charter Cancellations

Ocean Quest Adventures reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip, charter, or adventure due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

If Ocean Quest cancels a tour or charter, customers will receive either:
• A full refund, or
• The option to reschedule to another available date, subject to availability.

Customer cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.

Customer cancellations made more than 14 days prior to departure are eligible for a refund minus a 25% administration and booking fee.

As with all Ocean Quest operations, all tours and charters are weather and conditions permitting. Safety decisions made by Ocean Quest staff and captains take priority over scheduling and itinerary expectations.

Participation Requirements

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by Ocean Quest staff, captains, guides, and crew members at all times.

Ocean Quest reserves the right to deny participation to any guest whose behavior, condition, or actions may compromise the safety, comfort, or experience of others.

Equipment & Safety

All required safety equipment for adventure tours will be provided where applicable. Participants are required to wear and properly use all supplied safety equipment as instructed by Ocean Quest staff.

Weather Conditions

Adventure tours operate in an outdoor North Atlantic environment and are subject to changing weather, ocean, and sea conditions. Ocean Quest reserves the right to modify routes, schedules, departure times, or activities to ensure safe operation.

General Policies Applicable to All Services

Group Bookings

Group discounts may be available for bookings of 8 or more participants when booked directly through Ocean Quest Adventures. Discounts may apply only to services added at the time of booking and may not apply to third-party bookings or later additions.

The information, products, and services published on the Ocean Quest website may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or typographical errors. Ocean Quest Adventures does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of website content and reserves the right to make updates or changes at any time without notice.
